Ideally located just a few minutes from the beach at Bourg d'Erquy and the town centre, this beautiful stone house offers a warm and friendly setting for your seaside holidays. With a capacity of 7 people, it's perfect for holidays with family or friends.
Take advantage of the Bourg beach just a few minutes' walk away, as well as the sublime Lourtuais and Portuais beaches, ideal for swimming, walking and lovers of wild landscapes.
The centre of Erquy, with its shops, lively market and all amenities, is just a few minutes away, allowing you to make the most of local life.
This house offers:
On the ground floor :
- A large, bright living room with sitting area (sofa, armchairs, TV, hi-fi) and dining table for 7 guests;
- An enclosed kitchen with sink, oven, fridge-freezer, 4-burner induction hob, extractor fan, microwave, filter coffee maker, electric mixer/blender, kettle, toaster and various other accessories (juicer, grater, chopping board, utensils);
- One bedroom with a standard double bed (160x200cm);
- Bathroom with bath;
- Separate toilet;
1st floor:
- A first bedroom with twin single beds (80x200cm) and a washbasin and mirror;
- A second bedroom with three standard-size single beds (90x190cm);
- A shower room with shower, washbasin and WC;
- A fully equipped double terrace with dining table for 8, barbecue, parasol and sun loungers;
- Fully enclosed garden;
- Garage available for storage only (bicycles, beach equipment etc...)
- Parking available in reserved spaces in the driveway.
- Charges included: bed linen, household linen (towels and tea towels).
- Wi-Fi access subject to 4G network coverage.
