About this house rental

Beautiful Newly Remodeled 2 story townhouse is centrally located off I-4 freeway less than two one mile from MALL AT MILLENIA. Less than 10 minute drive to UNIVERSAL Studios. About 10 minute drive to DOWNTOWN attractions. 20 minutes or less to DISNEY World entrance. Very close to INTERNATIONAL DRIVE and RESTAURANT ROW about a 5 minute drive. The house has a comfortable and spacious open concept living area and bedrooms. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 Baths over 1600 square feet with attached driveway parking and pool. All new flooring and bathrooms all remodeled less than 1 year ago.

The property was very centrally located so that was amazing when planning our day. The place was clean and safe. Nice neighborhood. Pool and all staff at clubhouse friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Ed’s condo has everything you need- space, convenience, cleanliness, and superior comfort! This rental feels like home, has all the amenities, is great for kids, and a very welcoming host!!
