The house was nice, in a quiet neighborhood and close to Universal Studios. You can walk to the parks and easy access to the main streets so getting around by car was great. The updated appliance was a plus.

I booked this place for our trip to Universal. It was a great place with everything we needed. The location is fantastic. I don’t think you can get any closer to the parks without living at the park resorts. We had a great stay.

A good size duplex unit in a small quiet neighborhood. And close! Leave the house, about 4-5 houses to neighborhood entry, turn onto the street and right across from there in the entrance to Universal Resorts property, with Universal Studios and Island Of Adventures. Every Vrbo listing always claimed closeness to a theme park. This one delivers.House was spotless. Large master bedroom and comfortable bedrooms for the kids. New appliances, as this one just came onto the short term rental market and was in great shape with recent renovations.
