Our hosts were extremely responsive at all stages of our process from booking to the post stay communications. We could not have had a more courteous and accommodating people to help our group with a very special event. I highly recommend them for your next event/trip.

We were extremely happy with these rental units. We rented five of them for a company outing, and all units were decorated very nicely, well kept, and were a perfect fit for our event.It was a nice touch to have some snacks and a couple of simple drinks in the refrigerator for our welcoming.The amenities in the house and Internet, etc. were also exceptional.I would definitely recommend these units whether it’s one or many to anyone coming into Nashville for corporate events or personal fun time in Nashville.It was also nice for the closeout not to have to do anything except lock the windows and doors as the host took care of it all for you. Many other rental units I have used require you to do random work and clean up before you leave.

We recently stayed here with a group of 29 people and everything was great from start to finish. Every home was clean, modern and very comfortable and had everything we could ask for our stay. There were snacks and drinks waiting for us, which made us feel immediately welcome. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and in a great location. Lauren & Jen were incredibly helpful and responsive during our stay. Whether you're planning a family reunion, a retreat, or a large group getaway, this setup works perfectly.We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again!
