The location of Serenity By the Sea was fabulous. The complex is directly across the street from Smathers Beach. The pool was awesome and there was plenty of chairs/loungers. We didn’t use the hot tub, sauna or sports courts, though those amenities looked great as well. The condo was perfect for two couples. The kitchen was large and easily accommodated all of us. The pots/pans were not great quality and made cooking challenging, same with the knives. We actually purchased a larger skillet and better knives for chopping/cutting. The washer/dryer in the unit was great. We walked to Duval Street several times. It was an easy 2 mile walk. We loved being close to Duval St. but far enough to be away from the crowds/noise of the downtown area. We had a great time.

The condo was perfect! Our family loves the beach and it was just across the street. The pool, hot tub and pickle ball courts were fun and in great condition. The host was very helpful. There was an issue with the a/c unit and it was fixed immediately. Highly recommend this property!
