The Space:
Welcome to your perfect Cape Cod retreat! Your home away from home for the week, comfortably accommodates up to six guests and offers a serene escape for families and friends. In all there are four bedrooms: two on each level.
For easy planning here are the bedroom layouts:
Primary Suite: 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: 2 Twin Beds
Bedroom 4: 2 Twin Beds
The first floor hosts a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, while an additional outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a beach day.
The kitchen, updated in 2022 with stainless steel appliances and a gas range, is well-equipped for preparing delicious meals. Enjoy dining at the indoor table that seats four or the large outdoor teak dining table. For coffee enthusiasts, there’s a 14-cup Cuisinart coffee maker and a Keurig in the pantry.
Relax in the inviting living room, which features a three-cushion couch, a two-cushion couch, and a Samsung smart TV that you can log into your streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. Other entertainment options include a Yamaha radio with a CD player and Bluetooth converter. We absolutely LOVED this home. We have stayed in condo style prior each year, and we loved the space, inside and outside, of this quintessential Cape Cod home and neighborhood. It has been updated with appliances and home decor which made it comfortable for all. It is a pet friendly home, as we had a dog with us- and we didn’t walk in to anything different than a non pet friendly home. I will request to rent this home again and again and recommend it highly. The owners were very communicative with me upon arrival and prior in my planning. I give this home a 5 star review.
