About this house rental
Featuring spectacular views of the turquoise waters and white sands of Emu Bay, Seas The Day is the ideal holiday destination. This 3 bedroom, quality furnished home is only a short stroll to the pristine beach offering safe swimming waters and excellent fishing opportunities.
The beach house has capacity to sleep eight guests comfortably, making it suitable for couples and families. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, en-suite bathroom and large walk-in robe. There is a second queen sized bedroom and a third bedroom with 2 bunks.
All linen and bath towels are supplied. The second bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, with a washing machine in the powder room.
The modern, well equipped kitchen has European appliances including french door fridge, commercial size oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a spacious breakfast bar and separate dining table within the large open living space.
Excellent ocean views are available from this living area which also includes a very comfortable lounge, a flat screen TV with Blue ray DVD player and reverse cycle air-conditioning for year round comfort. A range of movies and books are supplied for your enjoyment.
The expansive deck is a perfect place to relax and enjoy a glass of local wine or some Kangaroo Island produce. There is a hooded BBQ and a beautiful outdoor teak table for dining and ample under cover space.
There is a fish cleaning area at the rear of the spacious and fully fenced yard. There is also ample space for parking both your car and boat.

Emu Bay is 15 minutes from the main township of Kingscote offering easy access to shops and other services. Only 45 minutes from Penneshaw and 20 minutes from the Kingscote airport, Emu Bay is a wonderful location for relaxing, fishing or enjoying the wonderful attractions of Kangaroo Island.

Everything was absolutely perfect.Our host was so accommodating and lovely. She kindly allowed us to check in earlier on our arrival date, which was so appreciated after such an early morning ferry journey. Not to mention a later check out on our last day too! She was amazing!! The views from the master bedroom, and living area were incredible! The cleanliness of the entire home was impeccable and it really was lovely arriving to freshly mopped floors. We couldn’t fault a single thing and our expectations were met on every aspect. Thankyou so very much! We can’t wait to visit again soon, Sandy and Bree Nott

The view across Emu Bay was wonderful. Watching the sunrise each morning was a highlight. The living area is huge - so much space. We drove our car on to the beach to go swimming - in mid April!

This was such a beautiful and tranquil place!!
The interior of the house was so lovely and the surroundings breathtaking. The only downfall was we were not inform about the code to access the keys prior to check in but that was easily fixed through Wotif. If you are looking for a place to stay, dont miss out on this opportunity of staying at the one of the most beautiful accommodation out here.
