Location was great and property was well appointed. People enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, and sauna. Unfortunately, the property was showing some wear and tear. Many shades didn't work. Could have used some sharp knives. The listing of "cable TV" was misleading as the builtin channels were all that was available (although several premium channels were available as previous guests forgot to remove their accounts). Lights in bedroom didn't work.
The access to the trail right near the property was excellent. We saw coyotes and bears.
Would have been nice if their was outdoor furniture; tables and chairs.

Very comfortable and great location just right down the road from heavenly. I would recommend 4 wheel drive getting to the cabin if there is a decent amount of snow. The road gets very steep and narrow. We did have some technical difficulties upon arrival and throughout our stay but the management company was extremely attentive and did everything they could to make our stay great! We look forward to staying there again!

Pros: The home was in a terrific quiet location close to everything. Very clean with nice comfortable beds. Plenty of room for eight people. The trail behind the house was an added bonus. Because of the layout it took us a minute to remember which way to go. We nicknamed it the Winchester mystery house. The kids loved it, even though they were afraid to sleep in the bunkbed room which is separated by the pool table room and right by the stairs down to the garage. The hot tub was clean and big. We loved that too!Cons: The internet was terrible. Although they have plenty of televisions, it was almost impossible to watch them. They took forever to turn on, load, and then would buffer continuously. We weren't there to watch television but with a six- and eight-year-old, a movie to wind down would have been nice.Stairs, stairs, stairs! Fifty to be exact. If you are old and have trouble with stairs, this is not the place for you! There are two ways to get to the first floor, and you have to go up a minimum of 14 to 15 stairs to get there!The bedroom downstairs only has one light with an exposed light bulb on the nightstand that barely lit up the room. Probably a 40 watt. This was the strangest thing to me.Suggestion: Provide a fan for every room. It was close to 90 degrees when we were there, and a fan would have been nice in the living room for sure! Oh, and get a better light for the downstairs bedroom.Would I stay here again? I sure would!
