The house is lovely inside and out, and the owners care and connectedness to the property shines through. It is an inviting home in the Catskills, with a comfy and clean living space that is perfect for reading a book. Beautiful natural light shines through, in a space that has style and comfort and has obviously been put together over time with thought and care. Simple touches like soft blankets and chairs, and a couch that invites an afternoon nap, but is not so precious that you are afraid to enjoy it. There are board games and books on the shelves. The dining room is spacious and perfect for six. The kitchen is large, open, and light, and made for a chef to prepare and plate food easily. The stove is gas, works perfectly, and there is a toaster and a microwave as well. An abundance of supplies have been thoughtfully provided, from coffee filters, paper towels, garbage bags, to a variety of spices, olive oil, etc. as well as pots, pans, plates, glasses, bowls, and utensils (all of good quality). The main floor has a bedroom with a 1/2 bathroom steps away. There is also a washer and dryer. The 3 upper floor bedrooms are clean and comfortable with great light. The full bath is upstairs, and has good water pressure and the hot and cold works well. The stairs up are steep, and may pose a challenge for anyone that is less mobile. The yard and porch are picture perfect. Lastly, the house is situated perfectly to enjoy all that the Catskills have to offer!
