Beautiful newly renovated 4 bedroom 2 bath 2400 sq. ft. home on Birch Creek. Only 3 minutes to Belleayre Mountain and the new high-speed Gondola. It's a wonderful getaway for all seasons. You will love listening to the sound of Birch Creek in the backyard or sitting by the warm fire in the Great Room. There is hiking, skiing, biking, and fishing nearby with a quick walk to Belleayre Beach. Only 2 hrs. 15 mins. from NYC, it's the perfect place to escape and relax with family and friends.

We had a fantastic stay. The owner, Jenny, was very responsive and provided excellent restaurant recommendations nearby. The home was spacious, spotless, and pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for our family. Its location — only 3 minutes from Belleayre Mountain — made getting to the slopes quick and easy and was perfect for relaxing after full days of skiing and snowboarding. Highly recommend this property.

Host was helpful and very quick to respond to questions. Check in/out information was provided in a timely manner and very easy to access property. House is comfortable and dog friendly. Fireplace was great! Parking more than sufficient for the 3 cars we had. Belleayre is really close. Great stay!

We had a wonderful time! The house was very beautiful and had lots of room. The drive to Bellayre was only 3 minutes. Our host Jennifer was very friendly and easy to contact! We would love to come again next season
