With close proximity to multiple wedding venues, idyllic downtown Exeter, and vibrant Visalia. If you're looking for a private and peaceful stay, you'll enjoy the beautiful setting located among acres of citrus groves surrounding the property. Enjoy a relaxing walk, picnic, or adventurous bike ride while taking in the sweet scent of orange blossoms. Perfect for guests traveling with friends or family. There's truly something for everyone - Featuring a great outdoor space and an expansive lawn for kids to run and play. Also included are a telescope for stargazing on a clear night, a ping pong table, and a detached Casita with a wet bar, TV, and a Peloton bike for the exercise enthusiast! Guests have access to the whole cottage property including the cottage, back house (game/exercise room), driveway, fire pit area, and grassy areas. Free WiFi, fresh linens and towels are provided. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you'll need to cook any meal, and more. Guests may use their own streaming sites to watch TV, or use a provided Netflix account on the various Smart TVs.
The Neighborhood:
Located in a rural area in Exeter, California, in fields of orange trees known as orange groves. Feel free to walk around the trees and pick an orange to enjoy. At the base of the Sierra Nevada mountains, views are breathtaking, especially after the rain on a really clear day, or during the winter when the mountains are snow-capped. In the Spring, the foothills come alive with wildflowers.
Getting Around:
We suggest guests get around with their own vehicles. We are located in the country, there is no public transportation here.
Other Things to Note:
Fire wood, charcoal, & lighter fluid are not provided but can be purchased at the nearest gas/service station.
Interaction with Guests:
We will be available through text, Airbnb, or phone during our business ours.

My stay here was really great! The place has a great country feel but with all of the modern touches, it was super comfortable. The host was friendly and easy to reach, which made everything smooth. I loved the little outdoor areas—great spots to relax. The location worked well, close enough to things but still chill. Everything was clean and cozy, and I’d definitely come back!

We loved the property. The shower was XL in the main bedroom and the kids could play in the back yard. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

This place is very quiet except early in the morning that we can hear all transportation passing by as the room is very close to the street. It is a drive to go everywhere which is our fault and limited selection of food. We know the place was renovated and they did a good job compared to the picture they have on google map that scared us a little bit. We encountered a rodent by the fireplace and i mentioned it to them and it was concerning cos we have a dog and we have her water dish on the floor and made me paranoid so i kept her water bowl on top of the table and will give her water when she needs it as i dont want rodents getting in her water bowl. We always use VRBO & I always check reviews and I owe it to others our experience.
