Gorgeous Brand New single family home with 5 beds/ 3.5 baths close to 3200 SQ in a quiet neighborhood, just few minutes to Markets, shopping center, restaurants, within 7 minutes to downtown Visalia, Freeway, 40 minutes to the entrance of Sequoia National Park, 1 hours to King canyon Park, 1 hour to Sequoia Monument Forest about 1: 45 H to Yosemite National park. 3 hours driving from Los Angeles or San Francisco.
THE SPACE
Enjoy a Beautiful, stylish experience at this centrally located in Visalia home with 5 bedrooms & 3 1/2 bathrooms comfortable hold up 14 guests. A beautiful décor living room with a smart 75-inch TV for guests to enjoy movies, play piano or listening to music from GG hub. Cozy dining area with 8 seats round dining set. Large kitchen with full appliances and a huge center island where you can prepare meals and enjoy breakfast or tea time together. We offer basic coffee, tea, basic spices and various board games.
Upstairs Bedroom and Bathroom:
- Master bedroom with 1 King, 65-inch TV, private bathroom & walk-in closet.
-Guest bedroom #2 - 1 King
-Guest bedroom #3 - 1 Queen
Downstairs Bedroom and Bathroom
Studio bedroom #4 - 1 King + Kitchenette, full-size refrigerator, 2-seat dining table, and a bathroom shared with the 5th bedroom with a queen and a single.
Common Area:
-futons & a queen air bed at 2nd floor open space
Backyard with BBQ grill & outdoor furnished
This house is perfect for a family or group of travelers to relax in after a long day at the Sequoia Park or wineries. Imagine yourself in an entertaining house after a long hiking day.

* NO CAMP FIRE
* NO SMOKING INSIDE
* DO NOT FLUSH tampons, baby wipes nor napkins down the toilet
* PET allowed with extra cleaning charge and rules acceptance .
- Please respect the boundaries of our Neighbors DO NOT CROSS
- Please take your SHOES OFF when entering the house (we provide house sandals/flip-flops)
Guest access
Entire house included garage and private back yard Except some locked inhouse closet.
Other things to note :
Dog allowed with extra fee $35 each dog and maximum are 2 dogs allowed .
For security purposes, we have 2 outdoor cameras located at the Front porch, and the backyard.
There are extra fees for more than 8 guests.

Loved the house. The kitchen was great. Very nice outside area. We had 7 of us and we all enjoyed it very much.

The home is beautiful and has a great layout. There are nice open shared spaces for socializing on your trip. The kitchen and large island were perfect for us to have breakfast and diner.
We found plenty of towels, toilet paper, toiletries, and detergent. Everything worked properly.
Walmart and other shops are a close drive away.
We used the home as our stay between trips to Sequoia. It was not the closest but the best we could find as far as size and even convenience given the busy season and our last minute trip.

Spacious for 10-12 people. Property is quite and have privacy. Really nice property and lots of businesses near by for food and shopping.
I would recommend it to friends.
Cons: We had to drive little bit for National Park visits.
We noticed weird smell outside the property (not related to property) on first day morning only. After that it was all good.
