About this house rental
Unwind a mile outside of Galena at this lovely house and wooded property. With 4 bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 bunk beds each with a double mattress on the bottom and a twin on top, this property is perfect for families or groups of friends. The house features 3 bathrooms: 2 are full with a shower in each and the other is a half bathroom. You'll find all the essentials like AC/heating, WiFi, laundry facilities, a full kitchen stocked with dishes and appliances. To enjoy nice weather and sit among nature, there is a deck or a patio of your choice. There is also a charcoal grill available as well as a fire pit in the yard and a hot tub on the lower patio. After a day enjoying the amenities that Galena offers (shopping, restaurants, wineries, bars, kayaking, etc.), you'll only have a couple minutes of driving to get to the house to relax and unwind. For indoor entertainment, there is an 86" television upstairs and a pool table, foosball table and a smaller television in the basement.
You'll drive up a gravel driveway surrounded by trees and may even see some deer and other wildlife on your way up to the house. When you get up to the property, you'll feel peacefully secluded as you'll be surrounded with a yard, fields (may see/hear sheep) and trees.
This is a great property to get away from town but still be close enough that you won't feel isolated.

We loved our overnight at this property! It fit our family perfectly-all the rooms and shared spaces were huge! There was plenty of room to sit and eat/be together. Also the outdoor spaces were wonderful. The hot tub was a hit as were the goats! So fun for kids and adults alike!! We'd come back here anytime.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Close to town but far enough to enjoy all things country. Less than a 5-minute drive to downtown Galena, this property was absolutely perfect. Our family will absolutely check this property first when we come back to the area.Do yourself a favor: book the property.

We had an amazing time here. Seeing the new born lambs was definitely the highlight of staying here! We had a group of ten, and there was plenty of room to fit us all, as well as plenty of towels and dish ware. Theresa, the host, was responsive, welcoming, and very friendly. I will absolutely be staying here again next time I head up to Galena!!
