About this apartment rental
Just take the elevator to the ground floor and you are steps away from the main ski lift. Our 1,560 SF 3 bedroom/3 bath condo (Unit 422) single level condo is located on the 4th floor of the Eolus building which is located in the heart of the main plaza - making your vacation as convenient as possible.
Fully remodeled in 2022, the kitchen is fully stocked and the condo features the usual amenities including , washer/dryer, high speed WIFI and a deck.
Please note that both fireplaces are not operational (they have battery operated candles in them).
Bed Configuration: Single Level
Master - King with TV and Ensuite Bath
2nd Bedroom - Queen with TV and Ensuite Bath
3rd Bedroom - 2 set of bunk beds (single over single)
There is one assigned parking space on the 2nd floor of the building and additional vehicles can be parked in the main ski lots. The Eolus building features 2 hot tubs (year around) on the ground floor.
Due to HOA rules, the condo (and all condos in the building) is not pet friendly. Please do not bring your pets/emotional support animals.
For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Loved the location, check in was a little hard we couldn't get into room and pools were not open. But the place was great.

Everything about the rental was great. Everything was provided to be able to wash dishes/ do laundry. They even had complimentary coffee, soaps for the shower etc etc. lots of room and space. The bedrooms are great sizes. Everything was clean going in. I’m short at reading directions, so if the hot water doesn’t come on right away, just run it for a while! The entire buildings shares one boiler. One thing we could not rely on was the internet. We had no cell coverage (Verizon) and the wifi didn’t work. But that’s ok we were there to Ski. Thanks again!

We loved the location and how beautiful the resort was. We had plenty of room for 4 kids and 4 adults. Loved that the property leaves little boxes of starter supplies. Kitchen was well stocked with things we needed for cooking.

I love the location, however when I came in the master bedroom sheets had blood and stains which I had to clean myself . I notified the host and never received a response. There was no laundry detergent as stated there would be, the vacuum was not functional, and was full of dirt prior to usage. In the second master bedroom, one of the sliding mirrors for the closet was broken and was a safety hazard. The pool was some thing that was listed in the amenities, however once I reached out, I was notified that it was an extra charge to be able to utilize a pool that was filthy. In conclusion, our overall stay was nice and the place was well decorated.
