Royal Beach Retreat is a stunning new cozy home in Crystal Beach, just a 2 min walk to the beach! Right in the heart of Crystal Beach, this 4 bedroom 3 bath is ideal for families and friends to catch the soothing waves and insane sunsets! It can accommodate up to 12 people, suitable for big families and friends! This home is a brand new build and everything in the home is curated for the best entertainments. This stylish yet comfortable home is perfect for your everlasting memories to be made!
The space
This inviting Crystal Beach getaway is accessible to the beach via a 2 minute walk on a private neighborhood access or for quicker access, rent a golf cart or drive over. This adorable retreat is ready for you to make memories!
The upper decks are spacious and have seating for the family to gather around, you can even see and hear the ocean waves crashing away. During the evening, it's the perfect location to watch the candy cotton sunset.
The downstairs entertainment area is designed to encourage great food with a tiki bar, sink, and propane grill for your family chef to curate amazing food and drinks. There's also ample seating area downstairs which is partially fenced for your kids to run around. Rinse off after a full day at the beach with the outdoor shower and you can find some additional beach toys and chairs to use at the beach in the storage.
Walk inside to your open-concept luxury kitchen, dining, and living spaces. The living room has several leather couches and a large smart TV to catch up on all your movies and shows. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you could possibly need to host your family or friends. The kitchen and island area seat 12 people comfortably. Our open kitchen boasts all new dishes, glassware, coffee cups, flatware, and gourmet pots & pans. Also included are cooking and baking supplies, utensils, a full set of knives, a griddle, and food storage containers. The kitchen also includes a large stainless steel sink, full size refrigerator, stainless steel stove, microwave, and a new dishwasher. Be your own barista in our charming coffee bar where you can create your perfect cup of coffee. Keurig machine will inspire you to compose a delightful cup of coffee or tea! Initial supply of dish washing pods, towels, washcloth, dish soap, a roll of paper towel, and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom are available, if you need more during your stay please grab more from the Big Store. The well placed laundry room includes a full washer and dryer and detergent.
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash are provided located in each full size bathroom in the home. Hand soap, a hairdryer, and ample collection of towels can be found in each full size bathroom in the house. There are 2 full size and 1 half bath in the main living areas. Each of the ten beds feature quality, comfortable sheets, pillows, and comforters. Each closet contains hangers and storage space. All smart TVs in the home are equipped with Roku and Direct TV for your streaming pleasure. Watch a selection of free shows and movies, or bring your own password to stream your favorite app.
WiFi is provided and we provide the best service available to us. However, with paradise, comes limitations on modern conveniences such as internet service. At times, you may find the service to be slower than what you are used to. We know this is important and will continue to provide the best service available to us; however, if you need internet service please bring your mobile hot spot.

We chose this house because it was new, had a spacious kitchen, four bedrooms, and it is close to the water.
I sent a picture of the very stained and worn towels and asked for fresh ones. New washcloths were delivered, which I washed with the also worn and stained bath towels just in case they weren't clean. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms or kitchen, but they delivered some when asked. There are no kitchen towels at all (or hot pads). The pans were in horrible condition (expecting more of a new property). We also fought ants in the kitchen. Every towel hanger and toilet paper holder fell off several times. All of these things could be improved, including cleanliness, if someone was checking on the place more closely because it has so much potential for a large family.
