Property was well stocked and plenty of room for family of four. Pool was very nice and clean. Unit is close to the road so the noise of cars going by was noticeable in front bedroom. If you pretend it is ocean waves that will help to sleep. We had to call vacasa twice - one toilet seat was cracked when we arrived so we reported it. Also the listing mentions tennis so we brought all our stuff but there is no tennis court on property. We called vacasa and the attendant said she had no idea, didn't know if there was another place we could go to. She said she would ask her team and call me back but no one called. Listing needs to be corrected. We would stay here again.

The 3bedroom apt, was quiet and clean. Plenty of kitchen supplies for us to cook. The entire apt felt “new”. Furniture, bed’s etc were all clean, in great condition. communication was on point

Property was fine. And most rooms clean. But kitchen had issues like coffee grounds in coffee maker, Garbage disposal clogged with poorly draining sink. And dryer lint filter overflowing.
Checkin was a mess. Key not in lockbox. Vacassa not answering phone call for help. Finally got thru and Backup lockbox also empty. Handyman arrived in reasonable time to let us in but that was after 60 minutes hanging outside in 30degree weather.
