Guests of the Podere San Giovanni located in Narni are welcomed in the warm atmosphere created in this old farmhouse.
The strategical position of this property, allows to reach Rome in an hour by car and also all the most acctractive umbrian cities.
Outside there is a beautiful mt 6x12 swimming pool, with a lovely vista on the hills and on the Castle of Montoro. There is a wood oven with a portico and a covered parking for one car. A cellar with wood for the fire places is at disposal of the clients.
Situated in a rural landscape, it is completely isolated, surrounded by vineyards, groves of olive trees, and fields that change their colors seasonally. Less than 1 mile away is the small medieval village of Montoro, and in the main square there is an impressive castle belonging to the same owners, Marchesi Patrizi.For guests who wish to take advantage of local products, the owners of Podere S. Giovanni are also producers of very good olive oil and wine.

On the ground floor, the entrance from the garden leads into a living room with sofas and a large dining room with seating for 12 and a very attractive kitchenette equipped with a hob, fridge/freezer, oven, toaster and coffee maker; a pantry with a washing machine; a single bedroom and a toilet. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with twin beds that can be converted into double rooms and two double bedrooms, one of which has a fireplace and another has an en suite bathroom; two additional bathrooms. A door in the hall leads to a small terrace with a second entrance.
The following might be to be paid extra: Extra Bed, Extra Cleaning, Final Cleaning, Heating, Refundable Security Deposit in cash, Tourist tax.
