NE Portland is the hippest area to be this summer and my apartment is right in the heart of it all. Enjoy fully stocked amenities, large kitchen, king bed, sleeper sofa, and walk-through closet. Includes blazing fast internet with access to 400 mbps speed.
The Space:
This apartment is curiously spacious with a newly remodeled kitchen and large living room with AC. Enjoy fully stocked amenities from stainless steel appliances (stove, microwave, dish washer, and fridge), all your cooking needs, king bed with memory foam mattress topper, a shower/tub, and a big screen TV. Includes blazing fast 400 mbps of internet connection. Relax on the king bed in your private bedroom after a fun day out on the town.
The Neighborhood:
Enjoy prime location with all access to NE Portland. Within blocks you can walk to Alberta Arts District, MLK street, Historic N Mississippi Ave, and N Williams Ave. Walk to the Nike Factory Store and easily pick up a Nike city bike to enjoy all the restaurants, cafes, bars, and food carts NE Portland has to offer. Oh and did we mention a Walk Score of 92?
Getting Around:
With prime location comes prime access to public transportation. One block from the main bus stop, but what you'll find is that most places are well within walking distance.
Aside from public transportation, it is a cheap and short uber/lyft ride to get to any part of town. Are you in town for an event? The Convention Center, Moda Center, and Lloyd Center Mall are a 5 min drive or ride away!
