Beautiful, remodeled 1907 home in trendy, foodie area. The home is well appointed with comfortable furnishings, smart tv flatscreen mounted on the wall, a fully functional kitchen, stocked with pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, kitchen tools, toaster, microwave, gas range/oven, dishwasher, fridge, and washer & dryer in kitchen.
Two bedrooms; each with a queen sized bed; Leesa firm hybrid mattress and Ikea Hagusvar extra firm hybrid mattress. A third bedroom is set up as an office with a large work desk, a twin size daybed with memory foam mattress. Linens, towels, and cleaning implements are provided.
The property is fenced and gated with lots of outdoor space. A front porch with outdoor furnishings, a side patio with table and chairs, and back deck with sunshade and large comfy chairs.
This home is furnished with comfortable, high end furniture, original and vintage artwork, and souvenirs from around the word. An artist's sanctuary.
This home has a walking rating of 94/100. Meaning things are within a short walk. There are nearby coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner places. Legacy Emmanuel / Randall Children’s Hospital is less than mile, OHSU and Legacy Good Sam are less than 2 miles, and Providence Portland is less than 4 miles from this home.
Note that there is a permanent tenant that lives in the lower level apartment; it has a separate entrance, never interacts with main house.

Lovely, quiet, and clean home in a great neighborhood! Mirfy was friendly and attentive to our needs but otherwise unobtrusive. Highly recommend!

Perfect house to stay with my two adult kids. The "office room" has a door and is private which we appreciated. Usually the "third bed" is an awful pull out, not the case here. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some small meals and snacks. We came in December so didn't get to enjoy the deck and patio but looks like a nice amenity in the right season.

This house is cute as all get out. The neighborhood is too, and every kind of food available very close. Beds were comfy and cozy, art was really neat throughout the space, a really exceptional find!
