One block from Vanderbilt Beach, Ritz Carlton, Turtle Club, and Buzzes Lighthouse and A short distance from Mercado for great Shopping and Nightlife. Completely remodeled and re-furnished 3rd floor condo. Intercoastal water views from the Lanai. Two bedrooms, two baths, living, dining and kitchen. Washer/dryer. The building is nearing completion of major renovations including new Saltwater pool with Sun Deck and new Marina. **Brand new salt water pool is now completed!** Ritz Carlton Residences next door are under construction but nearly completed, location is Superb!

The apartment was very clean, and the hosts responded quickly to all of our questions. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including beach towels, umbrellas, and beach chairs, so we didn’t have to bring any of those with us. The beach was only about a 6-minute walk away. We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with our choice. Thank you!

The location is excellent, just about 5 min walking to the beach and 5 min driving to the Mercato. The apartment is very nice, tastefully decorated, well equipped and clean. It has a very beautiful view to the canals. One day we may have spotted a manatee from the balcony. Beach towels, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, toys and even a kids wagon were provided. the hosts were very responsive, polite and helpful in our communications. We hope to have the chance to stay again at this location in the future.

Excellent location, walk to the beach, short distance from stores and restaurants, this residence is fully appointed, in a nice building with parking, pool and great views.Hosts are super responsive and nice!
