Completely remodeled and re-furnished 3rd floor condo. Intercoastal water views from the Lanai. Two bedrooms, two baths, living, dining and kitchen. Washer/dryer. The building is nearing completion of major renovations including new Saltwater pool with Sun Deck and new Marina. **Brand new salt water pool is now completed!**

The location is excellent, just about 5 min walking to the beach and 5 min driving to the Mercato. The apartment is very nice, tastefully decorated, well equipped and clean. It has a very beautiful view to the canals. One day we may have spotted a manatee from the balcony. Beach towels, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, toys and even a kids wagon were provided. the hosts were very responsive, polite and helpful in our communications. We hope to have the chance to stay again at this location in the future.

Excellent location, walk to the beach, short distance from stores and restaurants, this residence is fully appointed, in a nice building with parking, pool and great views.Hosts are super responsive and nice!

7 minute walk to the beach and beautiful setting despite all the construction! We’d return if in the area!
