The studio provides ample storage space to organise your belongings and a dedicated work desk for your convenience.
The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.
The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Very nice apartment, very well equipped and a lot of amenities, many look alike new. Building with modern confortable construction. Low noise and very calm area near the city.
The worst was the cleaning status on the bed: the mattress cover was not clean, I lifted the sheets to take off a lot hairs from mattress cover, cushions also had better days. Their cleaning process should be better reviewed and improved by the property management.
Small draw back could be the absence of air conditioner, for the ones accustomed to have it, to face colder or hotter unusual days conditions, but the building has a good insulation anyway, but there is a small heater and a towel heater on the bathroom.
