Wonderful clear communication. Was easy to find, clean, great location for metro use, was spacious. Provided earplugs since it’s by the road. Had everything I needed. I liked that it was out of the tourist zone.

"Moulin Rouge" on the 4th floor, facing the Casa da Musica. Room was clean and had most of the facilities you'd expect (even a few GuestReady had told me they didn't have, like an electric kettle). Bathroom was slightly small but clean. Big TV with lots of local and international channels. Lidl, medium sized shopping mall with Normal, Pepco and another supermarket nearby.
Wifi worked great the first few days but signal started dropping out by the end.
Toilet flush button didn't work so they came in a couple of days whilst I was out and about to fix it, on the second day the repairmen left the bathroom a mess, the sink, toilet and shower were covered in black streaks, cleaning crew didn't bother changing the shower mat (they also forgot to do this the first night which led me to buy some emergency mats at a nearby Pepco) so it too was covered in black streaks and the toilet bowl brush was left in the shower. Every time I messaged GuestReady it was very clear I was being responded by different people who probably weren't following the conversation fully,
Some noise from next door construction but it wasn't as bad as other guests had mentioned and I was able to get a good night's sleep.
