-This is a smoke-free and vape-free property. Violations inside the home or outdoor spaces will incur a $500 odor remediation charge.
-To help you get started, we supply a short-term starter pack of necessities for your first day only.
-You will receive a comprehensive digital guide before arrival with everything needed for a smooth stay.
-Towels for beach outings are not supplied.

Excellent spot! The unit was clean upon arrive, and check-in was a breeze (code on door). I was able to park only a few steps from the room, which made unpacking and loading back up extremely easy, since it allowed us to keep a lot of our beach items in the vehicle.
"Steps from the beach" could be interpreted many ways, but in this case, it truly is right across the street (there are stairs right by the property as well). The weather did not cooperate with us this go-around, so the close proximity helped us take advantage of little pockets of sunshine without worrying too much about getting stranded outside in a torrential downpour.
For the money, I could not have asked for a better spot. I hope to return soon!

Perfect location, public beach access right across street, was everything we were looking for.

Very convenient and a good place to stay. Two nice large screen TV's but with no TV service. No news programs or any programs retirees might want to watch. Would gladly pay 2 extra a day for TV service.
