Set along the water in beautiful Flagler Beach, this charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers the best of coastal Florida living—a tranquil waterfront setting with a private dock and direct canal access to the Intracoastal Waterway, while the beach, local restaurants, shops, and nearby boat launch are just a short walk away.
Start your mornings with coffee overlooking the canal as the Florida sunshine dances across the water. Keep an eye out for dolphins and other coastal wildlife passing by, spend the afternoon with your toes in the sand at Flagler Beach, then return home to unwind on the screened lanai as the evening settles over the water.

Guests may bring a boat and use the private dock with prior approval and proof of current boat insurance. Please contact us before booking if you plan to bring a boat so arrangements can be confirmed.
When it's time to recharge, three comfortable bedrooms provide a peaceful place to settle in for the night. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, private ensuite bathroom, and beautiful water views. Each of the two guest bedrooms also features a queen bed, providing comfortable accommodations for families, couples, or friends traveling together.
There's no need to leave your four-legged family members behind. Palm Paradise welcomes up to two housebroken dogs under 50 pounds. A non-refundable $150 pet fee applies. Dogs exceeding the stated limit require prior approval. Cats are not permitted.

Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.
Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (6) at any time.
Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping. Any evidence will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.
IMPORTANT & REQUIRED: After booking you will be asked to complete guest verification through a trusted third-party provider. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

We needed a home for three adults and this home fit the bill. There was plenty of space for the three of us with a spacious living room, kitchen, and, our favorite space, a sunroom looking out over the canal. The house was very clean and all check-in and check-out instructions were clear. It was a very short drive to the beach and all the restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend staying here.

I love this property. It is locatated in a very quiet older neighborhood. The channel of water in the back has a lot of interesting wildlife. We saw dolphins, herons, osprey and much more. We enjoyed the short walk to the ocean and the many nice restaurants in Flagler Beach. Our dog enjoyed the trip as well as its been too cold to walk him in Indiana the last few weeks (returned home to temps below zero).
The house itself, although being on the older side, is very nice. The kitchen appears to be recently updated. We liked to sit in the sun room and read or watch for wildlife. I really can't think of a single issue we had. Would love to stay here again in the future.
