About this cottage rental
Between land and sea, located a few pedal strokes from the Alabaster Coast, the property embodies the characteristic charm of Normandy farmhouses.
Composed of 4 bedrooms, all comfortable and warm. Among these rooms, a suite (about 25m2), two small bedrooms (about 10m2 and a dormitory (about 20m2). Finally, on the landing of the 1st floor, the games room can be converted into an extra bedroom for one person. You will find on the first floor a kitchen overlooking the dining room and the living room.
The accommodation
Cocooning as it should be, the living room has a wood stove perfect for your cool and rainy evenings! On the first floor is also the suite and right next to it a bedroom. On the same level individual toilets. On the 1st floor, (under the eaves typical of farmhouses) you will find: a dormitory room composed of three single beds and with a large place for a baby bed already present; the very cozy cabin room, a bathroom with toilet as well as a mezzanine / games room with sofa bed that can be used as an extra bedroom.
This house is perfect to accommodate families, and you have everything you need to also accommodate a baby / young child (high chair; deckchair; bath; baby bed; children's games etc). A parking space is available at the entrance of the house for you to park. You can park up to 4 cars.
Finally, its location in the middle of the alabaster coast is ideal: 5 minutes from Luneray where you will find all the shops and recognized market! 10 min from Veules les Roses, one of the most beautiful villages in France! As well as 15 min from a multitude of villages, each one prettier than the next!
