Lovely clean cabin, small but has everything you need

Spotlessly clean.

The “bistro” only does small platters and drinks so if you’re expecting to be able to feed young mouths on arrival it isn’t really an option and both local restaurants were fully booked.

Beautiful Place to stay

The site is beautifully laid out with shrubs and flower beds making each chalet feel very private. The owners are friendly and very helpful as is the man who sorts out the Nordic baths every day. It has a lovely quiet, calm atmosphere with open spaces for games such as boules and badminton (equipment provided) and a sand pit for the children. There's a restaurant serving breakfast in the summer months and a small selection of meals in the evening . I could go on and on - we loved it ! If you're looking for a bit of heaven in Normandy, book it, you wont regret it .

Great stay, very cosy and clean

It was a wonderful stay. Everything was very clean, full of flowers, and beautifully decorated. Just a 3-minute drive from Plage de Veules-les-Roses, which is a really lovely spot. We totally recommend this place.

Only if there would be also a pool it could be better. But I understand than they would have screaming kids :)

Excellent - would love to return! Very relaxing pace of life - what we needed!

Loved the atmosphere The bonus of having a bistro/bar on site The cleanliness of the site and chalet The local area and amenities Loved the chickens, ducks and little cat!

Literally the only thing we felt could be improved was to add either warmer light bulbs into the chalet or a stand alone lamp you could switch on/off rather than using the very bright main living room light or the cooker extraction hood light - we had a few night feeds for our baby and this was trickier with such bright light!

Lovely place for a stop over, very welcoming and quiet.

The location was good, a short walk from the bakery and to the sea (check tides before walking there as the beach is not accessible at high tide). We used the table tennis table and table football, this was a nice touch. Our children also enjoyed the small play park.

Information in the gite about the tides and surrounding are would have been helpful, but to be fair we didn't ask reception.

Wunderschöne ruhige Anlage

Die Anlage ist wunderschön und ruhig gelegen. Die Chalets sind geschickt auf dem Gelände verteilt und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch in der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir haben jeden Abend gekocht. Die Vermieter sind beide sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ideal um die ganze Alabaster Küste zu sehen. Liegt ziemlich in der Mitte. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen, auch mit Kindern.

Wunderschöne Umgebung, schlichtes Bungalow

Sehr gut gelegen, nur 2 Minuten ins Zentrum, mit Bäckerei und Restaurant in der Nähe. Etwa 10 Minuten bis zum Ufer. Die Stille und Ruhe sind einfach unglaublich, die Luft ist kristallklar. Viel Grün, wunderschöne Blumen und Bäume. Das Nordic Bad war toll. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Jeder hat einen Parkplatz. Management und Personal sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Der Bungalow ist sehr einfach, eher im IKEA-Stil eingerichtet. Die Couch ist unbequem. Das Bett ist nur 160 cm breit, die Matratze jedoch bequem. Für drei Personen ist der Bungalow eindeutig zu klein.

Lekker rustig en landelijk in een vriendelijk en klein dorpje.

Het huisje was mooi en modern ingericht in enigszins ecologische stijl. Was niet erg groot, maar wel heel handig ingedeeld. Ook de badkamer was stijlvol ingericht. Verder was er een mooi houten terras met een hot tube, die wij verder niet gebruikt hebben.

Was allemaal O.K.

charmant, gezellig, alles wat je verlangt voor een vakantie

Zeer goede ligging. rustig en dicht bij t centrum met een bakker en een goed restaurant. Gezellige goed ingerichte bungalows. Zeer proper, alles wat je nodig had in de keuken. Goed evenwicht tussen privacy en toch onder andere mensen zijn. Vriendelijke eigenaars. Goede info gekregen.

Wir haben es geliebt!

Der kleine Ort am Meer ist sehr charmant und bietet mit kleinem Ortskern, zwei Restaurants, Bäcker und Dorfladen alles was man braucht. Die Nähe zum Meer ist super und in den jeweiligen Nachbarorten gibt’s auch sehr schöne Strände mit Städtchen direkt am Meer. Die Unterkunft selbst ist schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hat alles was man braucht. Der Gemeinschaftsbereich mit Sitzgelegenheiten drinnen und draußen, Tischtennis und Brettspielen zum leihen ist eine schöne Ergänzung. Das Frühstück ist super und das Team ist so freundlich, umsichtig und immer ansprechbar. So geht Gastfreundschaft! Der Whirlpool war für unsere Kinder das Highlight. Durch den schön angelegten Garten und viel Grün sind die Terrassen und einzelnen Häuser ein wenig privater. Insgesamt ist es unheimlich ruhig und sehr entschleunigend, perfekt zum erholen.

Für 5 Personen könnte das Haus geräumiger sein. Für uns war es im Sommer kein Problem, da die Terrasse und der Garten mit genutzt werden konnte und den Wohnraum erweitert hat. Die Häuser sind ein wenig hellhörig.

Chalet de qualité. Idéal pour réunir parents et enfants. Un Jacuzzi top. Un accueil très chaleureux. Un endroit idéal pour les petits enfants : jeux, canards, poule. Bien situé.
