Peacefully positioned on a quiet country lane that leads directly onto Exmoor Common, Keepers Cottage offers a wonderfully secluded setting with truly outstanding views across rolling moorland and out to the sea. Refurbished to a high standard, this spacious detached cottage blends contemporary comfort with the charm of its terraced gardens and rural surroundings. Despite its tranquil location, it sits just a few minutes’ drive from the twin towns of Lynton and Lynmouth, and only a mile from Barbrook’s handy village stores.
Beautifully furnished throughout, the cottage features some low thresholds and a few shallow internal steps. All living areas and bedrooms enjoy the sweeping Exmoor and sea views that make this property so special. The generous lounge, with two large sofas and a woodburning stove, is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the coast or moor. A first‑floor snug provides an additional quiet space — ideal for reading, games or a peaceful retreat for younger guests.
