B105 is a newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo in a prime location at the prestigious Waikoloa Resort - only a short walk-away from the coastline and the sandy beaches of A-Bay. Completely upgraded in 2018, the condo features new flooring, renovated bathrooms and new furnishings. The main living area is spacious and offers an HDTV, modern tropical furnishings and wall-length glass sliding doors to the large outdoor lanai. The lanai has an outdoor dining area for sunset dinners and faces a trail to the gorgeous oceanfront, which is less than a 5-minute walk away. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large, newly upgraded en-suite bathroom with his-and-her vanities and a large walk-in shower. Loved the ability to take a daily walk up along the shore or main strip, to the shops. Perfectly located where it is not too far to be enjoyable as well as allowing you to "get your steps in!"
Will add that the property itself, upon arrival, did has some dirty utensils/cups not put away and limited toiletries. These were available for purchase, however, at the local markets.
First family vacation to this property and looking forward to future stays.
