Located in the desirable B-building, this spacious condo offers a wrap-around lanai with partial ocean views - perfect for sunset dinners. B204 has an open living and kitchen area with modern furnishings and a wall-length glass sliders, allowing guests to create an indoor/outdoor experience. The condo offers a fully equipped kitchen with a stove and cooktop. The master bedroom has partial ocean views, a king size bed, a private entrance to the lanai and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. B204 also offers a convenient washer and dryer. This condo is in an excellent location, with walking to everything in Waikoloa. (Restaurants, shopping, beach etc) It is in very clean and in good condition so easy to relax and enjoy your holiday in comfort. The local management were very quick to respond to questions. The 2nd floor and building location provides a beautiful place to enjoy coffee and breakfast in the morning and sundowners in the afternoon. You will not be disappointed staying in this condo. By the way, it was not clear about the type of coffee maker came with the unit. It has both K-CUP and drip coffee makers.

Just an amazing condo. Managment was so good and reached out to us just to make sure all was well. Have recommended this unit to all our friends and can't wait to book it again.

We enjoyed being able to see the ocean and sunsets from the lanai and walking out to the shore every morning. We used the beach chairs every day!
