The cozy bedroom is furnished with a large box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and offers plenty of storage space to unpack your luggage. The apartment also features a bathroom with a walk-in rain shower. All windows are equipped with exterior roller shades and fly screens, allowing for complete blackout. The large and bright living-dining area includes a sleeper sofa—perfect for up to two children, for example—and a TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, drip coffee maker, and a Nespresso coffee machine with a milk frother. From the living-dining area, a patio door leads out to the sunny west-facing terrace, which features a Weber gas grill, seating, a patio umbrella, and lounge chairs. The location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area. Situated in the center of Prien, the apartment has a bus stop right outside the front door, and the train station (Munich–Salzburg line) is just a 7-minute walk away.
The lakeside promenade along Lake Chiemsee is just 1.2 km away and easy to reach. There, in addition to various restaurants and cafes, you’ll find the steamboat pier for sightseeing cruises to Fraueninsel and Herreninsel. The Chiemsee Bike Path also begins just a 5-minute walk from the front door.
For outdoor enthusiasts, the surrounding area offers a wide variety of activities: hikes in the Chiemgau Alps, bike rides around Lake Chiemsee or in the surrounding area, a round of golf at one of the nearby courses, sailing or boat tours on Lake Chiemsee, or simply a leisurely afternoon at one of the many beaches along the lake.
