Cozy up north weekend getaway, perfect for both Families or Groups. This rental is within walking distance of the public boat launch for All Sports Sage Lake or just a few short miles to endless ATV Trails. Regardless of the season, you can stay busy here!
The large paved driveway gives plenty of room to park a watercraft or ATV. Both levels offer an open floor plan to easily accommodate guests. The main floor includes 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, while the finished walkout basement includes a third bedroom with 2 Full beds and a Twin. Large deck in the front has overlooking view of the lake with Fire pit to enjoy at night.
22 miles to West Branch & 25 miles to Tawas City

The inside was decorated nicely and spacious. Loved the little coffee space in this place. They had a lot of extra blankets. Each room has a smart TV with Netflix. They did offer wifi. A nice touch was a little basket on the table with some microwavable popcorn and assorted candy. In the the basement there were 6 fishing poles, and a few extra bags chairs. Basement did have a musty smell which a few of my friends stayed down there and it was overwhelming. There is no lake view of this place. Even though it is across the road. The outdoor space is in the front of the house with a deck, outdoor couch an outdoor propane fire table and a grill. The fire pit is seriously less than 15' from the road. The propane fire table ran for a couple minutes and was out of propane. Most of the pavers surrounding the fire pit were broken. There is an outdoor swing by the fire pit but no one sat on it because it was old and falling apart. The oven is very outdated. The beds were not comfortable. Overall we had a good time. A few of the things I mentioned should be addressed.
