About this house rental
Fully renovated in 2019, Ocean's Edge Villa - St. Thomas - is a Caribbean paradise located in the gated community of Sydney's Fancy. Built on a peninsula, the 370 feet of waterfront featuring a spectacular ocean view, which includes more than ten islands and cays stretching down the famous Drake's Passage. Trade-winds make the villa virtually mosquito free. Enjoy immaculate four bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms. Full size pullout couch in the office and a twin rollaway is also available. Sleeps up to 10. Situated on the exclusive Peterborg peninsula, you and your family will feel safe in this gated community with a security system. Only, a 4 Minute drive to the world famous Megan's Bay Beach.
Awake with the sun illuminating the waves below, as you step outside to the poolside terrace to have a morning swim in the infinity view pool. Then walk through the spacious Great Room to the Gourmet Kitchen, where you can prepare your island style cuisine on quartz countertops and new stainless appliances. If more casual fare is in order, fire up the new built in stainless outdoor Monogram gas grill adjoining the kitchen.
Full concierge service is provided. Boat charters to the British Virgin Islands, the Soggy Dollar Bar and the awe inspiring Baths or, we can arrange snorkeling, parasailing, jet ski rental, and kayaking tours. Recommendations for hiking, secret beaches and restaurants. Grocery provisioning, car rentals, private chef, house cleaner service, yoga, spa service and photography can be arranged. ● Separate from the main house next to the pool deck is the Primary Bedroom. A

● Walking downstairs from the Great House is another more private deck with chairs
tables, and a gas firepit
● Continuing down the stairs leads to The Cottage. A self-contained one-bedroom
unit, it features a king bed, en suite bathroom with a stunning waterfront bathtub.
Included in the cottage is a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and private deck
and chairs.

We have been renting villas in the Caribbean for the last 7 years and this house was the best. We had 3 couples and the house layout is perfect as the bedroom areas are like their own private areas. The pool is small but perfect and has the best view. The house is well equipped with pool and beach toys. The owner Scott was very responsive as well. The property is in a gated area and has its own security gate.

We stayed here at the beautifully decorated house and cottage in June, when the trade winds are amazing and making the pool deck pleasant in 90 degree temps at all times of the day. There are AMAZING views from every balcony, and pool area as well. The kitchen has every cooking equipment and tool you would want. The drinking water is safe and triple filtered, but we ended up buying gallons of drinking water for the week. admittedly, we are water snobs. I would recommend using the counter top ice maker; the ice maker in the freezer cant keep up. The grill was great. We used that a lot. It might be time for a new frozen Margarita maker, the ice grinds but the mixer for the flavors didn’t work well. 1 surprise we had, was a pool attendant came to check on the pool while we were sunbathing on the pool deck. He was fine, polite and didn't stay long, but it was a little startling to see an unannounced man walking onto your pool deck. This place is so private it could have been questionable what the pool attendant would have walked into (if it was just a couple staying)…It would have been good to know that he was coming. This gated community and gated house is safe, clean and comfortable. We could have just stayed at this house the whole week. Loved it!

This house is amazing! Their were 7 of us and we each had a beautiful bedroom and bathroom. The views were amazing! We enjoyed our stay and plan to go back next year.
