Welcome to Lee’s Pointe — a cherished family retreat for three generations.
This spacious home offers the perfect blend of comfort, location, and classic beach-town charm. With 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, two inviting common living areas, a game room, and a garage, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy time together.
The home is set on a large, fenced-in yard with beautiful views of Silver Lake, providing both privacy and scenic surroundings. The main living space is located on the second floor, offering stunning lake views and an abundance of natural light — an ideal gathering spot after a day at the beach.
Location truly can’t be beat. You’re just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, as well as Rehoboth Avenue, with its shops, restaurants, and entertainment. A nearby park and a new elementary school feature playgrounds, tennis/pickleball courts, and basketball courts, and there’s even a basketball hoop right in front of the house for added fun.
Small to medium-sized dogs are welcome, so the whole family can come along. Please be sure to include the pet fee when making your reservation.

Great location to take a short walk to the beach or the boardwalk. Fully fenced yard is prefect when traveling with dogs. Second year in a row visiting, house has everything you could possibly need. Ted and Emily are great communicators and perfect hosts. Thank you for opening your lovely home.
