This delightful single-family home features two levels of comfortable living space, abundant character, and an inviting three-season enclosed front porch where you can relax and watch the world go by. Inside, you'll find a cozy living room, a fully stocked eat-in kitchen for the home chef, and three ground-level bedrooms. The home is pet-friendly—bring your furry companions; up to two dogs are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet. The upper level includes two additional bedrooms, plus extra sleeping space in the sitting area at the top of the stairs. Every bedroom has a smart TV for streaming for added convenience.
Ideally located just three blocks from the boardwalk and beach and only 1.5 blocks from Rehoboth Avenue, this home lets you park your car and walk everywhere in town. A private driveway provides parking for approximately two vehicles.

Guests should note that linens are not supplied, though a rental package is available for this property. The home rents Saturday to Saturday, and the fireplace is not available for guest use. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. It is an easy walk to the Avenue with great restaurants and shops. The house itself was very clean. But the enclosed porch smelled like dog poo throughout. We cleaned part of the porch but as it dried, we realized that the smell is pervasive. The indoor/outdoor carpet should be shampooed or removed and replaced with waterproof flooring that can be wet cleaned after each use. It was a shame because the porch is a delightful place to hang out and relax, eat or play games.

This home is located just a half block from all the action on Rehoboth Ave. I wondered why the other bedrooms were not pictured. It is because the 4 twin beds downstairs barely qualify for children. They are very old, low, and dangerous with headboards not attached. The living room, kitchen and porch were all comfortable but it would be best to be honest about the rest. Overall, property is beach shabby but doable if you can handle those twins.
