House is big, comfortable, and well furnished. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. Big, modern kitchen. 5 min. from GoG, 3 min from I-25. Backyard is cozy with fireplace in gazebo. Easy parking. Close to restaurants and groceries. Hated to leave and will be back.

Overall the place was great. The pictures dont do it justice, it was very charming. I gave 4 stars because it wasn't very clean. There was hair all over the floor, crumbs on the sofa and ants crawling all over the kitchen and living room. I attempted to reach out to the owner for the vacuum plug so i could clean it up myself but i never got response. I swept up and cleaned as best i could with what was there. The house was also extremely hot, over 80 degrees! And it took 24 hours for it to cool down. I enjoyed my stay once the house was cleaned and cooled.
