The location was great and convenient to many local attractions, stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. Access to the walking trail was very close to the house. The house was nice. The Host was responsive. Here are some things the Host can do to make stays more enjoyable: Kitchen: supply dish clothes and towels, a working can opener, and remove expired and/or opened items from the cabinets. Bathrooms: supply washable bath mats for sanitary reasons instead of unwashed rugs, put grab bars in the showers/tubs and provide clothes hooks on the walls. Other areas: clean the area rugs, change bed covers to ones that are washable, and replace the bed pillows or get washable pillow covers.

The location is perfect next to a path to walk and only 6 minutes from the garden of the gods. We went there every night for sunset!

We had an excellent stay. Perfect location! The intake vents were very dirty. We vacuumed them our first night. Otherwise it was wonderful.

The property was spacious, our only issue was the floor was very dirty. Our grandson’s legs were very dirty after crawling on the floor for 10 min.
