Two bar stools are arranged around the kitchen island, making it a lovely spot for breakfast or just to chat with the chef. For formal and fun dinners, make use of the dining table. It’s set for six and overlooks the backyard, ideal for a relaxing meal.
The whole space is completed with the spacious living room. Here you’ll be able to enjoy evenings in front of the smart TV, curling up with a good book, or enjoying the company of family and friends

Why not take advantage of our stock tank pool to chill out and get some refreshments from the hot weather? If hot tubs are more your thing, we’ve got you covered there, too. Next to the stock tank pool, you’ll find a heated jacuzzi, which will help you soak away any tiredness you might have from your adventures of the day.
For the ultimate desert experience, turn on the pretty string lights, light up the fire pit and make some s’mores as the evening draws in. Stargazing is a must when you’re in the desert, and you can do so at the pergola, where you’ll be able to sway under the stars in a cozy hammock.

Our guests have access to the entire house during their stay. The property is spread over a single level, making it the perfect place for families with young children or elderly relatives. Three bedrooms and a central lounge and kitchen space give you plenty of room to spend time together, as well as enough space to get your privacy when you need it. You’ll have no trouble with parking as the property has lots of on-site parking space on the driveway.
The property includes reliable wifi throughout, so you’ll be able to stream or work to your heart’s content!
There is on site laundry!

☆The person that made the reservation needs to be present at the property for the duration of the reservation
☆No parties are allowed. Evidence of a party will result of the immediate cancellation of your reservation
☆No smoking is allowed in the interior of the property. Smoking is allowed outside of the property
☆Guests will need to bring all personal toiletries including tooth paste, tooth brush, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
☆Failure to abide by house rules will result in additional fees being applied
☆ Game Room is located inside the garage, which doesn't have AC so it may be hot during summer...BUT you can open the garage door to keep cool and have fun!
☆PETS☆
We love hosting pets (SORRY, NO CATS ALLOWED)! We happily welcome up to two dogs (up to 50 lbs) at our home with an added pet fee of $100. If you're planning to bring your furry friends along, please don't hesitate to send me a message!
Just a few other notes! You are expected to clean up after your pet, in the house, and in the yard. We have a small dog bed at the house available for you but also ask that you provide your OWN blanket for them to lay on if your pet prefers that. Dogs are NOT allowed on our furniture/beds/couch/blankets/sheets and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at check out. If you book and bring more than two dogs, you’ll be subject to additional fees.
Being that we are in the desert there also may be cactus plants in the yard, so if your dog is extra curious, keep an eye on them so they don’t get pricks in their paws or nose!

Was a very cozy enjoyable get away, most everything you could think of to be comfortable. Plenty of activities and amenities to make a stay fun and full of memories!

We had a great time at this house! Wish we could’ve stayed one more night just to enjoy the outdoor space since we never got to chill in the hammocks. We loved the game room, enjoyed the hot tub, and the beds were so cozy! We didn’t use the kitchen, but all necessities seemed to be there. We were able to do a load of laundry as well, which was very helpful for packing back up. We loved the decor as well, and it was so nice having the mini split units in each bedroom. Everything was very clean, and we truly enjoyed our stay here.

Overall, the house was as expected. Everything in good working order. Clean and presented as in pictures. HVAC in each room was nice for everyone to have their choice. Game room has no AC, so fun in the evening when it’s cooler out. Host was prompt with responses to messages. We had a great visit with our Marine son! Thank you!
