You have a huge backyard and a garage game room. Our private villa sits on a 2.2-acre property, with about an acre walled in.

✔ The garage has two futon beds (sofa sleepers ). Each can sleep two small people or can be put together and sleep 3. It has split AC.
✔ Please note that we do not provide firewood to use for the outdoor fire-pits, you would have to bring your own.
✔ Please note that we are not refilling the propane tank. You can take an empty tank to Home Depot for refilling for a small fee
✔ We do collect a fee to heat the jacuzzi as it consumes a lot of gas
The cleaning company charges us a pet fee per night. Please contact the host if you have pets.
- We have weekly pool service EVERY Friday
IMPORTANT: POOL
1. If the pool is used and you take out the vacuum, you must put it back in when done using the pool. The Vacuum is what keeps walls and floors clean of bacteria.
2. The intake line “hose” must be disconnected before it is taken out of the pool. Otherwise, it sucks air and will ruin the pump.
3. Do not remove the tablet dispenser from the pool. Can’t keep the pool clean without that equipment running.
- Indoor fireplace is not available for use.
-Please put the cover of the hot tub/jacuzzi after use.

- We have exterior cameras in front of the house and the backyard (pool area) for security and insurance purposes.
- Pet fee: $35 per pet, per night. Flat rate available depending on the number of nights and pets.

The location was great, very private. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, and game room. Elle was very attentive to my requests and questions. We would have liked some more kitchenware (e.g., big serving bowls, etc.) and bigger towels but other than that, everything was great. Would recommend

Check-in was easy and the house was clean, spacious, has great a/c. It was 107 degrees during our stay and the house was very comfortable. The pool was fabulous! The only issues with the property were we couldn’t find the controls to turn on the spa jets and the kitchen lacked basics like salt, pepper, and spices.Overall the property was very relaxing, great for our little groups get away, and centrally located for our day excursions.

The property was great for our young family to rest and relax after a few long days in the National Park. The house is just a short drive into several park entrances. The pool was a great way to cool off after a hot day hiking in the park and the game room kept the kids entertained at night.

Insufficient towels…host informed at check in that they do not provide hand towels or washcloths as they are concerned with the environment. A VRBO at this price should have sufficient linens….as would a hotel. Host was slow to respond to issues with washer. It’s a nice house and area but for the price it should have been better outfitted and responsive.
