Bearadise does offer air conditioning for Summer months- fans are also provided to allow the cool evening air to enter.

CHECK-IN INFORMATION:
Standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM.
Early check-in requests may be approved based on availability.
During holidays, check-in may be as late as 6:00 PM, and early check-in will not be available.
CHRISTMAS POLICY:
Reservations during the Christmas holiday require a minimum stay of 4 nights.
Reservations cannot begin or end on December 25 or January 1.
New reservations cannot create single-night gaps.
No cancellations or changes are allowed 30 days before your scheduled arrival.
CANCELLATIONS:
CHRISTMAS POLICY: For reservations during the Christmas Holiday, there will be a minimum stay requirement of 4 nights. Reservations cannot check in or check out on December 25th or January 1st. New reservations cannot create single-night gaps and may require additional nights to book based on existing reservations. All reservations MUST be paid in full by December 1st or at the time of the reservation if the reservation is booked after December 01. There will be absolutely NO cancellations or changes 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.
STANDARD CANCELATION POLICY: (Normal reservations other than holidays, etc.): If you give us 14 days or more notice, we will refund your FULL DEPOSIT less the cancellation fee*. With less than 14 days’ notice, but greater than 7 days’ notice, we will refund 50% of your deposit less the cancellation fee*. Less than 7 days’ notice, but greater than 48 hours’ notice, we will refund 25% of your deposit less the cancellation fee*. If you give us less than 48 hours’ notice, SORRY, you will be charged for 100% of the total reservation cost. Any reservation 30 days or longer will require a 30-day notice to cancel.
SPECIAL EVENTS CANCELATION POLICY: Specialty Weekends, Family Reunions, and Holidays such as Aspencade, Memorial Day, Spring Break, etc., require a FULL 30-DAY NOTICE to cancel for a full refund less the cancellation fee*. If you give us less than 30 Days' notice, SORRY, you will be charged for 100% of the total reservation cost.
*CANCELLATION/CHANGE FEE: If you must cancel, a $40.00 amount plus 6% of the amount charged will be withheld from your deposit as the cancellation fee. If you wish to change your reservation for a Standard reservation and the arrival is more than 14 days from today, there will be a $40 change fee added to the reservation. Specialty Weekends, Family Reunions,, and Holidays such as Aspencade, Memorial Day, Spring Break, etc.,, require a FULL 30-DAY NOTICE for any changes. Only one change is allowed for any reservation.

Dogs must remain off all furniture (beds, sofas, chairs, etc.).
Guests are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste upon checkout.
Noise: Please ensure pets are quiet and respectful to neighbors—excessive barking may result in noise complaints to authorities and early removal from our property without refund.
💲 Pet Fees & Fines
Mandatory Pet Fee: $25 per dog, per night .
Unattended Dogs: $200 fine if found uncrated and alone in a property, plus any additional cleaning/damage costs.
$100 fine per pet that is discovered at a non–pet-friendly property
Furniture Cleaning: Additional fees apply if dogs are found on beds, sofas, or other furniture. Dog hair removal is a very time consuming task for housekeepers. We ask that you bring your pet's own bed for this reason. Use of our pillows or blankets for dog beds will result in a charge to replace those items.
Pet Waste: We require that you pick up all pet waste from the property before leaving. A minimum $50 fee applies if waste is left behind.
Unauthorized Pets:
Even in pet friendly cabins, all dogs must be disclosed to our staff for approval and pet fees must be paid for each pet.
$100 fine per pet that is discovered at a non–pet-friendly property, plus the standard $25/night fee.
Additional charges may apply for damage or cleanup.

This cabin was perfect for celebrating our daughter’s 25th birthday and surprise engagement. Very comfortable and plenty of space. Loved the decor and the views. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing and the kitchen was well stocked. Love this property… highly recommend!

This place is well designed for everyone in our trip, kids are fascinated by the wooden cabin design and wild life specimens, grownups can relax their back pain in the Jacuzzi after a tiring ski trip. My favorite is the loft space, it has two extra beds hidden beneath so you can sleep four in one room, which is very helpful for young kid who need to sleep with their parents.

I could see from the property pictures the theme would be rustic/country. Without an evaporative coler or A/C, I expected strong rooms fans but the 1 fan in the living room was very high and it didn’t circulate the air very good even with all the windows open. Also, it wasn’t very clean, found a user map and tissue in the bathroom from prior guuests.
Bottom bedroom nearest to thr front door, had windows but no window screens, guest ended up with mosquitoe bites, next the loft beds, a teen guest had bug bites on his stomach, will send pics, there wasn’t any extra toilet paper and due to the location, it was a big deal because stores are a drive down a windy road. Kitchen isn’t fully stock, large awkward spatulas and large spoons made it challenging to cook food evenly. The view was awesome and the hot tub were the only reason I gave one star. Last, on Saturday morning, septic cleaning happened, the whole house smelled and the noise was so loud we couldn’t visit and teen, late sleepers all wokr up in a bad mood. Worst family vacation in a long time.
