About this house rental
--SEA GULL COTTAGE--is located Ocean Front at Mile post 17.5 on the Beach Road in lovely South Nags Head.
Perfect for your family or group. Sea Gull has 6 bedrooms and 3 baths and sleeps up to 18 people on three levels.
A golden sandy beach kissed by the Atlantic Ocean is just a short walk on our private wooden walkway.
On The top floor, you will find the Master bedroom with King bed and full bath. You will also be able to access the Screened in porch and Deck with steps leading to your Private Pool and short walk to the Beach.
Your fully equipped kitchen has extra amenities like a Keurig coffee maker, a Crockpot, Blender, Mixer, Seafood Steamer pot! There is all you need to keep your hungry family happy!
Just threw a passage way just off the kitchen and dining area you will come to the new game room. This is where you will find the pool table and board games.
Off the game room, is a large covered porch with furniture for outside dining as well.
The airy living room is equipped with Comfortable furnishings and a 65 inch SMART TV with DVD player and cable.
For private viewing, there are Smart TV's in each bedroom. (TV's in bedroom's do not have cable. They are only for streaming.)
Enjoy your Private Swimming Pool. It's a Great place to unwind without the Inconvenience of Sand.(Pool opens March 25 and Closes October 31)
Outside is a charcoal grill and a Fully Enclosed Shower.
There is even has a fenced in area for your furry family!
While you are here, Be Sure to Slow Down and View Our Famous Outer Banks Sunrises and Sunsets!
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. College students and anyone 27 or younger considered on a "case by case' basis. If you are under the age of 27, you must submit an inquiry first. You are not allowed to "Instant Book".
*NO Underage Renters Will Be Allowed during June, July, and August.*
2. PET FEES and other optional items are NOT INCLUDED in price, but Can be Added . See below.
Here are some OPTIONAL Items to Make Your Trip Complete :
1. Evacuation Fee(5% of your total) will refund any days missed because of evacuation.
2. Beach Chairs(sitting) & Umbrellas rental.
3. Pet fee is $100 per week per pet
Or if less than a week, Pet fee is $15 per day per pet

This house served its purpose for our family to stay in. Unfortunately most of the walk way to the beach was buried in sand (which you couldn’t see from the listing) which made it difficult for our older adults to get to the beach. (We weren’t sure if that was something that had just happened or not). We also noticed some bugs and a few cockroaches around the property, the bathroom exhaust fans weren’t functional, and the breaker in the kitchen kept shutting off if more than one appliance was used at a time. All in all we were able to work with it very well and it was a nice place to stay in. We really enjoyed the pool area since the weather wasn’t super ideal for the beach (and of course the walkway). We appreciate how quick responses were over the last year whenever we had a question as well. Thank you for the stay!
