A beautiful, newly renovated, dog-friendly unit at PierView Oceanfront Condos. Swell Life is ready for you to bring your pup, relax, make memories with family and friends, and enjoy all that the Outer Banks has to offer!
This two-bedroom, two-bath condo features a well-equipped kitchen, filtered drinking water (no bottled water necessary!), in-unit washer and dryer, cable (in the living area and master bedroom; second bedroom has a DVD player), Wi-Fi, and three flat-screen TVs. Enjoy spending time on the spacious 24' x 6' porch with beautiful views of the sound in the distance and a peek at the ocean.
Sleeping arrangements include a king-sized bed, queen bed, and twin bed. Linens (bath towels, washcloths, sheets) are provided.
The property offers easy beach access, outdoor grills, two outdoor pools (closed in the off-season), and a children's play area.
Please note that there are stairs to climb to get to the unit; however, there is a luggage lift in the building.
Bringing multiple vehicles? No problem! Plenty of free parking is available, with premium spots up for grabs on a first-come, first-served basis.
Swell Life is centrally located to many great local attractions, including the beautiful Jennette's Pier, the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, and off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet. We had a fantastic stay at this location. Our sweet pet was welcomed and plenty of places for it to go out. The whole place was just excellent. Very clean. Had all the necessities. Host was excellent and very informative. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. Highly recommend!!!!

Great condo, clean and nicely decorated and furnished. Very beach accessible and close to good restaurants, shopping and other activities.

we had a great time for a week! Check-in was a breeze, everything was as described and we lucked out on good weather the whole time. This property is in a great location right on the beach and it iwas so great to be able to walk our dog on the beach. A great central location on the Outer Banks to explore.
