A beautiful, newly renovated, dog-friendly unit at PierView Oceanfront Condos. Swell Life is ready for you to bring your pup, relax, make memories with family and friends, and enjoy all that the Outer Banks has to offer!
This two-bedroom, two-bath condo features a well-equipped kitchen, filtered drinking water (no bottled water necessary!), in-unit washer and dryer, cable (in the living area and master bedroom; second bedroom has a DVD player), Wi-Fi, and three flat-screen TVs. Enjoy spending time on the spacious 24' x 6' porch with beautiful views of the sound in the distance and a peek at the ocean.
Sleeping arrangements include a king-sized bed, queen bed, and twin bed. Linens (bath towels, washcloths, sheets) are provided.
The property offers easy beach access, outdoor grills, two outdoor pools (closed in the off-season), and a children's play area.
Please note that there are stairs to climb to get to the unit; however, there is a luggage lift in the building.
Bringing multiple vehicles? No problem! Plenty of free parking is available, with premium spots up for grabs on a first-come, first-served basis.
Swell Life is centrally located to many great local attractions, including the beautiful Jennette's Pier, the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, and off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet. Over all this place is great. It is steps from the beach and the the 2 pools were great when we were done at the beach.With dogs this condo was a little much. There are 3 flights of stairs to go up and done. It is great for getting into shape!

Location was fantastic. Steps away from the beach. Location was clean, but superficial. There were dirty tissues and other items under 2 of the 3 beds. Overall we would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this location. Our sweet pet was welcomed and plenty of places for it to go out. The whole place was just excellent. Very clean. Had all the necessities. Host was excellent and very informative. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. Highly recommend!!!!
