The remodeled kitchen boasts granite countertops and is fully stocked for meal prep. The first king bedroom is located off of the kitchen, with access to a full hall bath. Downstairs, you'll find three more bedrooms and a second full bath. There's also a den that can serve as an additional hangout space and leads out to an oceanfront deck with bubbly hot tub.
Conveniently located at Milepost 17.5, Almost Home provides the tranquility of the all-residential South Nags Head area while still being close to grocery stores, shopping and dining. Take a bike ride or short drive to Sam & Omie's for brunch and their famous Bloody Marys, then make your way across the street to Jennette's Pier for some of the best fishing and surfing conditions on the East Coast. At dinnertime, head over to the causeway where you'll find legendary Outer Banks restaurants including Sugar Creek, Tale of the Whale, and Lone Cedar.

Wonderful location, great beach walks, everything worked. Internet/TV was out when we arrived but was fixed by online technician instantly. Slept like a rock, the mattresses were perfect

Wonderful location with a cozy living room with fire place which was wonderful during our winter season visit. Enjoyed the hot tub with the ocean waves in the background. Loved watching the dolphins from the upstairs balcony. Needed this getaway and home to plan another one again in 2026!
