•Please note that no pets are allowed
•All stays over 30 days will require a mid-stay clean. Longer stays will require cleans every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

We stayed at this house for 6 nights and loved being there. The property was clean and well prepared for our stay. The furnishings were great and the kitchen had all of the items that we needed to prepare meals, the few times that we were not out enjoying the sites and restaurants in Santa Fe. I highly recommend this rental.

Cute and comfortable adobe. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Walkable to O’Keefe museum and Santa Fe plaza and Rail Yard. Short walk to grocery and drugstore.

Fantastic bungalow and great location! We loved the house - super comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was a 10-minute walk to the plaza. The property manager was responsive, and the home had everything we needed. Highly recommend - we will be back!

Location was excellent. Parking was excellent. Home however was uncomfortable. All three of us had backaches every day from the mattresses. We all took turns sleeping on the couch which was more comfortable. First night there was no heat so management sent two heaters, one for each bedroom but front room was frigid. Front room TV did not work. Heat came on overnight and was good eventually. Main shower leaked down the wall. Would not stay here again. We all felt for the price it wasn't worth it.
