Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

We had a wonderful time in this lovely home. It suited our needs perfectly (3 very good friends on a getaway). The sleeping accommodations were perfect, the kitchen was fully stocked for full morning breakfasts before heading out on our adventures. Everyone was very pleased.

The home was comfortable and very nicely decorated. Once we figured out the gate from the street, things went very well. Never did figure out the tv in the living room but we spent most of our time outside on the patio enjoying the beautiful weather. Sidewalks into the plaza aren’t really ideal if you’re traveling with handicapped people so you should drive if that’s an issue. I would recommend this place to my friends. Very nice place.

Location was excellent. Parking was excellent. Home however was uncomfortable. All three of us had backaches every day from the mattresses. We all took turns sleeping on the couch which was more comfortable. First night there was no heat so management sent two heaters, one for each bedroom but front room was frigid. Front room TV did not work. Heat came on overnight and was good eventually. Main shower leaked down the wall. Would not stay here again. We all felt for the price it wasn't worth it.
