Welcome to The Landing, a peaceful and low-density complex located approximately 3.5 miles down West Beach Blvd, allowing you to be close to all the exciting action. The complex offers convenience to shopping, dining, and all the fun activities under the sun. While staying here, you can take advantage of the outdoor pool, BBQ grills, the pier on Little Lagoon, and the stunning white sand beach that Gulf Shores is famous for, just across the street. If you have a boat, you'll be pleased to know that there are boat slips and a dock available for your use.
Inside the condo, you'll find various updates made by the new owner. The interior features modern furnishings, fresh paint, a Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen, and comfortable beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with queen beds and TVs. The bathrooms are conveniently located, and there is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a twin-sized ottoman to accommodate additional guests. The unit also offers free internet for your enjoyment.
The Landing is the ideal place to achieve your vacation goals, whether you're looking to relax or seek adventure.
For reservations during the Winter Season (January and February) made before October 1st, there is a minimum stay requirement of 60 days (two months). Reservations that don't meet this criterion are subject to cancellation by the management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be made for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Parking passes are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the management office directly. You can have a maximum of 2 parking passes per reservation, allowing for 2 cars. Linens are provided; however, please remember to bring your own beach towels. The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent this property, and photo ID is required at check-in. Smoking is not permitted, and pets are not allowed. The stay was overall great,nice location with beach view. I did notice dust on the ceiling fans mildew was on the bottom of the shower curtain. sheets was stained,living room chair leg was broken.

Very good condo for the price. Good view off of balcony. Very clean and up to date. Access to beach was an issue. Only public entrance was a good walk from the condominium.
