About this house rental
Welcome to East Downtown! This is a private first-floor bedroom with a private bathroom that is great for up to 2 people traveling for leisure or work. We are a 20 min walk or a 5 min drive to central downtown, with access to GRB Convention, Discovery Green, Toyota Center, Minute Maid Park, BBVA Stadium, etc. Restaurants/bars are within walking distance. A convenience store is a 1-minute walk. Close to light rail stops & easy access to freeways. Uber/Lyft is readily available in the area.
This is a strict NO SMOKING room. Further, NO UNANNOUNCED VISITORS are permitted if not previously approved in the confirmed reservation. Our QUIET HOURS is between 11 PM to 6 AM as to not disturb others. All shoes must be removed and are not allowed to be worn in the room for hygienic reasons.
Our current check-in time starts at 3 PM & check-out is 11 AM. Check-in instructions will be provided on the day of your arrival!

I came to town for a soccer match and it was a great location for walking to Shell Energy Stadium with several bars nearby.
