Laid back enviroment. Close to a Metro transit station for public transportation. Five minute walk to a grocery store with wonderful pre-made food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I stayed here for three nights and had a generally pleasant experience. The property maintainer was very kind and took the time to show me around when I arrived. The homeowner was also friendly and easygoing, which made the stay feel welcoming. The room came with a refrigerator, microwave, TV, and electric fan, which were all convenient to have. The bed was fairly comfortable, and the room had the essentials I needed for a short stay.
The biggest issue was the pest control. I noticed several dead roaches as well as some live ones during my stay, so I think the room could benefit from more frequent bug treatments, especially considering the hot and humid Texas climate. The shower also only had cold water, and the water pressure was quite weak. Addressing these issues would make the property much more comfortable for future guests.
