Living room with kitchenette (equipped with induction, fridge, kitchen utensils, moka coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, and everything you need to cook) with sofa bed for two people, Smart TV and dining table with chairs. Mezzanine: access via the spiral staircase to the sleeping area, double bed, large wardrobe, window with blackout curtains. Second terrace: through the living room you can access the second terrace, equipped with an outdoor dining area. Bathroom - modern bathroom complete with shower, sink, WC, mirror. Also available: free WI-FI in the entire accommodation, clothes horse, iron and ironing board. This residential area is distinguished by its tree-lined streets and historic buildings built in the late 1800s and early 1900s. Furthermore, the adjacent Via Cola di Rienzo and Via Crescenzio with their countless boutiques represent a true paradise for shopping lovers.
You will be only few minutes walk from Castel St. Angelo, St. Peter’s Basilica and the astonishing Vatican museums, one of the most beautiful and popular museums in the world. By crossing the nearby bridge over the Tiber River you will shortly reach on foot the incredible Villa Borghese Park as well as the nerve of the historical centre of the city, including Piazza del Popolo, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and the Spanish Steps.
The area is also very well served by public transportation and there are numerous nice shops, bars and restaurants. We would warmly recommend a stay here, in one of Rome most charming locations!

This was a very nice apartment in a lovely area overlooking the Vatican wall. It is very cosy as the title states and so is more suited for a couple or family of three. There are not two bedrooms as the listing states but rather one bed and one sofa bed in an open plan apartment and would be very crowded for 4 adults with little privacy, but it was absolutely perfect for me, my husband and 16-year old daughter. The location is brilliant, just up the road from the entrance to the Vatican Museum and on the 49 bus route to get further afield when your legs and feet are tired from walking. We also found some lovely non-touristy restaurants and a cafe on Via Candia a short walk away. The check-in process was easy and the management company was very helpful. All in all a great find and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
