Bright three-room apartment located in the central square of Colle Val d'Elsa, renovated in 2019 and finely furnished; located on two floors, it enjoys a beautiful view of Piazza Arnolfo: for lovers of relaxation there is a quiet inner courtyard. Soundproofing and thermal insulation guarantee year-round comfort. At 50 meters from the suburban bus stop for Florence, Siena, Volterra and San Gimignano and a few steps from the supermarket, restaurants, museums, shops and parking lots

The property overlooks the square and lots of buses go from there. We had no car and used the bus to go to Sienna, Florence, San Gimingnano and Volterre. You can walk to a trail along the river in the National Reserve in minutes and it is beautiful. Food shops, cafes and restaurants all nearby. The property was quiet and perfect and our hosts could not have been more helpful. We loved Colle.

The location was perfect- near to everything- Old Colle, the bus and lots of restaurants and cafes. The hosts were kind, available and very helpful to us in planning our time in Colle. We couldn't have asked for more- a wonderful experience and we would definitely return!!
