Enjoy the splendor in our Victorian by downtown! There are endless activities year round, such as world class skiing 15 min away, hiking, biking, hot springs, fishing, white water rafting, Loop Railroad, museums, bighorn viewing, star gazing, tour a gold mine, `leaf peeping` in the fall, etc!
This cozy apartment features a kitchenette, dinette, mountain view balcony for morning coffee, 2 block walk to Main Street shopping, near Clear Creek and lake, and a claw foot bath tub to relax in.
This cozy apartment features its own private stairwell and entrance, and is located inside a historic and beautiful Victorian, mountainside home. There is a bedroom, living room, kitchenette with dinette, and a full bathroom with a classic clawfoot tub with steamy hot water. The unit includes a closet, 2 TV`s, and an iron/ironing board as well.
The entire space is yours to use, with the entrance being up the stairwell in the backyard. The grill assigned to your unit is near the bottom of those stairs. The 8 person outdoor dining table is reserved for the main house but may be able to be used upon request, so please message us for that. The fire pit is for everyone!
